Extension & Renovation Electrics: common questions
When should I get an electrician involved in an extension?
As early as possible. First fix happens before the walls are plastered, so it's best to plan sockets, lighting and switches before the builders reach that stage.
Do you work with builders and interior designers?
Yes. We regularly work alongside builders and designers on renovation projects, and fit to their drawings or help plan the electrics with them.
Can you update the rest of the house at the same time?
Yes. Customers often ask us to update the electrics in the rest of the house while we're there, such as a new consumer unit, extra sockets or new lighting.
