Examples of our work

Enver helpfully fixed an on-going problem for my tenants which another electrician couldn't solve. Not only that, he made time to visit on a Saturday afternoon with very short notice.Catherine H. · Repair for a rental property · ★★★★★ Google review

Electrician for Landlords: common questions
How often do landlords need an EICR?
In England, at least every 5 years, or sooner if the report says so. Tenants need a copy within 28 days, and new tenants before they move in.
Can you do the remedial work after an EICR?
Yes. We quote for anything the report calls for, carry out the work, and provide the paperwork showing it's been done.
Do you work with letting agents?
Yes. We can arrange access with tenants and send reports and certificates straight to you or your agent.
What alarms does a rented home need?
In England, a smoke alarm on every storey with living accommodation, and a carbon monoxide alarm in any room with a fixed combustion appliance, excluding gas cookers.
